Job Summary:
Seeking experienced OR Registered Nurses for travel assignments in a busy operating room environment. The role involves providing specialized surgical nursing support across multiple specialties, including trauma, orthopedics, neuro, and robotic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operation of all procedures.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols throughout surgeries.
• Assist with pre-operative patient preparation and post-operative care as needed.
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient care accurately.
• Support various surgical specialties, including trauma, spine, joint replacements, and DaVinci Robot procedures.
• Cover weekend and night shifts, including on-call rotations, to meet unit staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of OR experience.
• Demonstrate Level 2 or higher trauma experience.
• Possess expert skills in spine and orthopedic procedures.
• Be certified in BLS and hold necessary role-specific credentials (e.g., CST).
• Exhibit strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
