Job Summary:
Seeking a Travel Registered Dietitian to support patient nutritional needs in a fast-paced acute care facility. This role involves providing specialized dietary services, including outpatient counseling, within a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient nutritional status and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform NFPE (Nutrition Focused Physical Examination) as needed.
• Provide outpatient nutrition counseling to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech Expanse EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies and guidelines, including on-call or remote coverage responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Dietitian license and registration in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dietitian.
• Demonstrated ability to perform NFPE accurately.
• Comfortable providing outpatient nutrition counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a 13-week travel assignment, starting October 5, 2026.
