Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Deliver quality care to promote patient recovery and improve mobility. Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines regarding patient care and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona license for physical therapy assistants or ability to provide ETA for license approval.
• Proven experience working as a physical therapy assistant in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic procedures and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work five days per week with a minimum guarantee of 32 hours.
• Commitment to safe practice and continuous professional development.
