Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a medical-surgical environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of each child. Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate with healthcare teams, and support families through treatment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient interactions and care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Proven experience in pediatric medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• CPR and PALS certification preferred.
