Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and infant while adhering to established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Document all clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) andBasic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum 1 year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
