Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment during night shifts. Deliver compassionate, efficient nursing services while adhering to safety and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring timely intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, recognize abnormal findings, and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Comply with all certifications, licensing, and facility policies, including holiday shifts and assessments.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio or compact state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent ER experience, including travel assignments acceptable.
• Maintain active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Successfully complete required background checks, drug screens, and assessments.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday and adapt to variable shift hours.
