Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and OR Techs for surgical operating room procedures, including general, ENT, eyes, ortho, robotics, neuro spine, trauma, and vascular cases. The role involves supporting a high-volume surgical unit with emphasis on versatile case management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative care by preparing and assisting with a wide range of surgical procedures.
• Scrub for surgeries, passing instruments and maintaining sterile field protocols.
• Circulate cases, ensuring efficient flow and patient safety during operative procedures.
• Adhere to all certification requirements such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS (preferred).
• Support emergent and scheduled cases, including trauma and neuro spine surgeries.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond within 30 minutes for urgent cases.

Qualifications:

• Hold current RN or OR Tech certification, with BLS required for all staff.
• Demonstrate 2–3 years of recent experience in an operating room setting.
• Have prior traveling OR experience with at least two assignments completed.
• Possess experience working with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Be proficient in passing arms in and out for robotic surgeries.
• Ortho experience is mandatory.
