Job Summary:
The LVN/LPN role involves providing high-quality nursing care within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to assist in patient management and support clinical staff in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, supporting infection control measures.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license required.
• Proven experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, medication administration, and safety protocols.
• Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination requirements or hold valid exemptions.
• Flexibility to work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays as scheduled.
