Job Summary:
Provide outpatient ovulation and gynecological care as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in a high-volume OB/GYN clinic. Support patient assessments, blood draws, and lab procedures while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture with proficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with patient intake, assessments, and documentation in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support clinical operations and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with certification standards including BLS and IV/Blood withdrawal certification.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and clinical tasks.
• Adapt to float to various outpatient OB/GYN clinics as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license in active status at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinic experience, including 1 year in OB/GYN.
• Certification in BLS and IV/Blood withdrawal.
• Demonstrated proficiency in blood draws and venipuncture.
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Must pass a secondary OB/GYN questionnaire and provide references from within the past year.
