Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards. Acts as a leader within the nursing team, coordinating care and supervising staff to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain timely and precise records.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Possess a minimum of two years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification and ACLS certification as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Exhibit critical thinking and strong clinical judgment skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
