Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in Pediatric Intensive Care Units, including NICU, TICU, PICU, and CICU, with the potential to float to general care areas as needed. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care using advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill pediatric patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
• Administer and manage ICU-specific drips, medications, and pressors while utilizing servo ventilation and RRTs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Comply with all hospital protocols, including nicotine-free campus policies and travel requirements.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in the Epic EMR system.
• Adhere to safety standards, including BLS, PALS, and license verification, to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, in-hand nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Require PALS certification from AHA; appropriate for all clinical roles.
• Demonstrate experience with pediatric ICU care, including NICU, TICU, PICU, and CICU environments.
• Must be proficient in Epic EMR and capable of passing a skills assessment.
• First-time travelers accepted with relevant skills; prior ICU experience preferred.
• Be available to sign within 24 hours of offer, with labs and license verification completed within designated timeframes.
