Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate and efficient care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health conditions to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and adhere to facility protocols to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with basic housekeeping tasks.
• Document care activities and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Comply with facility policies, including identification and vaccination requirements for staff.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar long-term care environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing resident needs.
• Must have valid ID and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination record or approved exemption.
