Job Summary:
Provides supportive care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. Assists with patient hygiene, prepares equipment, and supports treatment activities to ensure a safe and effective dialysis process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient hygiene, including changing dressings, feeding, and personal care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatment procedures by performing vital signs and measurements.
• Set up, operate, and test dialysis and other medical equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, including linen and equipment.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, behaviors, and any concerns to medical staff.
• Document patient information, treatment records, and equipment maintenance accurately.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of Hemodialysis experience.
• Hold current AHA BLS certification.
• Graduation from elementary school or equivalent education level.
• Successfully completed a basic training program for Nurse's Aides or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient care procedures and equipment handling.
