Job Summary:
Provides high-quality nursing care in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive clinical support and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, medications, and post-visit care instructions.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid New York State RN License with primary source verification.
• Hold an Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Demonstrate at least two years of Med/Surg or outpatient clinic experience.
• Be certified in AHA BLS; ACLS certification required for Queens location.
• Exhibit proficient skills in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
• Show strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
