Job Summary:
Seeking a per diem Registered Nurse specialized in psychiatric care to support staffing needs during strike coverage. The role involves on-demand clinical support with minimal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately within electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, vaccination, and certification requirements.
• Support on-site onboarding processes and maintain readiness for strike coverage.
• Utilize EPIC system expertise to manage patient documentation and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active nursing license in good standing.
• Possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable.
• Demonstrate proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or valid attestations.
• Have strong knowledge of EPIC electronic health record system.
• Exhibit flexibility to work on a per diem basis with minimal onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
