Job Summary:
Responsible for performing high-quality adult and pediatric echocardiograms to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensures adherence to clinical protocols while delivering compassionate and accurate imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform adult and pediatric echocardiograms using GE equipment, adhering to established clinical protocols.
• Interpret and communicate imaging findings to physicians, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and ensure calibration for optimal performance.
• Document procedures thoroughly and accurately within the EPIC EHR system.
• Participate in after-hours call shifts, responding promptly to urgent imaging requests.
• Adhere to scheduling, shift, and travel compliance policies, including on-call and weekend requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold active ARDMS or CCI certification in diagnostic cardiac sonography.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of acute adult and pediatric echo experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment and experience with EPIC EHR.
• Be certified in BLS with current certification documentation uploaded.
• Maintain active CA RN license and comply with all state and facility requirements.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
