Job Summary:
Seeking experienced OR Technicians and RNs for surgical procedures across multiple specialties. Candidates will support a fast-paced environment with diverse and complex cases, requiring flexibility and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams by preparing and maintaining sterile instruments and supplies.
• Scrub in on a variety of cases including orthopedics, neuro, vascular, ENT, and trauma.
• Pass instruments and assist during robotic surgeries such as DaVinci and Rosa.
• Support patient care by circulating cases and managing procedures in the operating room.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper scrub attire and adherence to hospital policies.
• Communicate effectively with the team, including charge nurse and surgical staff, to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold 2-3 years of experience in a surgical setting, with prior travel assignments.
• Must have experience passing arms in and out for robotic surgeries.
• Current certification in BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred.
• OR Techs must have at least BLS certification; CST certification preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Ortho experience is required, with strong familiarity in neuro, spine, and joint procedures.
