Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Focus on enhancing patient independence and functional abilities through targeted interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs aimed at improving activities of daily living and motor functions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies to promote independence.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor therapies to diverse patient needs and conditions.
