Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 16-26 week assignment at a long-term care/SNF facility. The RN will provide patient care across various units, including dementia care, and support the facility’s rehabilitation and nursing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in compliance with established protocols and practices.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to the specific needs of each patient population.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff regarding care plans and patient progress.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and in accordance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and BLS certification through AHA.
• Possess at least 3 years of clinical experience, including LTC.
• Demonstrate prior travel experience and flexibility to float between units.
• Show comfort working with dementia patients.
• Be reliable with transportation, equipped for seasonal driving conditions.
• Explain employment gaps over 90 days in work history.
