Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained. Supervises clinical staff and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, collecting relevant health data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Coordinate care delivery with healthcare team members and assign tasks appropriately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, diagnoses, and health maintenance.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a safe, compassionate environment and respond effectively to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Maintain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Demonstrate recent, relevant experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Complete Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Show proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
