Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide exceptional care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor. The role involves night shifts, with flexible floating to other MS/Tele units or ICU as needed, and requires strong clinical skills and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care within a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry setting, adhering to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs, neurological status, and other clinical indicators.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record using Epic.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Float to supported units as required, maintaining high-quality care standards across different departments.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active TN or compact RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience, with Epic experience within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Epic, including passing the competency exam.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Be able to provide two supervisory references.
• Be available to work 3 night shifts per week, including holiday and weekend coverage.
