Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Tech will support pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves providing exceptional patient service and maintaining accurate medication records.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately following safety protocols.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Assist pharmacists with administrative tasks and patient interactions.
• Verify prescription information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with pharmacy laws.
• Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Obtain and maintain appropriate pharmacy technician certification/licenses.
• Proven experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and varying hours.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and electronic health records.
