Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing advanced skills and clinical knowledge to monitor, assess, and intervene in patients' complex health conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through continuous evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care to critically ill patients, including administering medications, managing ventilators, and supporting life-sustaining interventions.
• Perform thorough assessments, interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic data to guide clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adapt patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital protocols to maintain patient safety and quality of care.
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Obtain Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification; ACLS and NIHSS required.
• Preferably possess PALS and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Verify high school diploma or equivalent in accordance with CAP requirements.
