Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel RN in Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality maternal care. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment during a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, monitoring fetal and maternal vitals continuously.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized birth plans.
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Document patient progress, assessments, and interventions accurately within electronic medical records.
• Educate new mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Ensure compliance with certification, licensing, and facility policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Hold a current EFM National Certification or Intermediate AWHONN issued within the past 3 years.
• Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state or pending licensure review.
• Demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and obstetric nursing procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, with a flexible and professional approach.
