Job Summary:
Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence. Provide quality care in alignment with clinical protocols and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions.
• Communicate patient status and treatment updates to the healthcare team.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in clinical practices.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required.
• Proven experience supporting occupational therapy services preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid state licensure or certification as applicable.
