Job Summary:

Provides essential clinical and administrative support in a primary care setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Serves as a key member of the healthcare team, facilitating patient interactions and clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked and sanitized.
• Greet patients, verify demographics, and assist with check-in procedures.
• Collect patient vital signs, medical histories, and perform basic clinical tasks.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing their follow-up care.
• Perform data entry and documentation accurately within electronic health records.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credential.
• Demonstrate prior EPIC electronic health record experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Show capability to work Monday through Friday, including occasional late shifts.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
