Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide speech-language pathology services to early childhood learners to support their developmental needs from birth to age five. Collaborate with educational teams and families to implement effective communication intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood populations.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Document progress and adjust therapy strategies to ensure optimal development outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and educational standards.
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote language development at home.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active OR speech-language pathologist license.
  • Demonstrate minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in early childhood settings.
  • Possess early childhood education experience, including working with children from birth to five years old.
  • Have valid certification in speech-language pathology and familiarity with school-based practices.
  • Be able to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours based on school schedules.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
