Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide medical-surgical/telemetry care during a temporary assignment. This role requires comprehensive clinical experience and adherence to strict compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical/telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
• Complete required assessments, modules, and certifications prior to start date.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 18 months of recent perm experience in medical-surgical/telemetry nursing.
• Demonstrate active certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Provide one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months in the specialty.
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
