Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will support patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
• Ensure patient safety by following proper infection control protocols
• Support mobility and repositioning to prevent bedsores and promote comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient privacy and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient care
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient transfers for extended periods
