Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform dual-modality imaging including CT scans and X-rays at a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess ARRT R & CT certifications, NYS license, IV certification, and Siemens equipment experience, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to conduct diagnostic imaging procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including IV insertions and radiation safety standards.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout.
• Adhere to facility protocols for equipment operation, patient identification, and documentation.
• Assist with transporting and lifting patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff across different departments, including orthopedics, outpatient, inpatient, and ICU units.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT Radiography and CT certifications with current NYS license.
• Possess IV certification and BLS certification.
• Have at least 2 years of recent imaging experience, particularly with Siemens equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in portable X-ray procedures and advanced CT imaging techniques.
• Be able to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment safely and effectively.
• Be prepared to undergo EKG testing within 72 hours of signing.
