Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a healthcare facility, ensuring optimal respiratory function and overall patient well-being. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient progress, and compliance with protocols.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and management strategies.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and CPAP devices.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license or credential.
• Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical respiratory therapy setting.
• Possess current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Have experience working with pediatric and adult patients, with NICU experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
