Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele RN to provide inpatient care for adult patients in a hospital setting. The role involves potential to float across units and ensures delivery of safe, efficient healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms, including ECG recognition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical findings and patient responses accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio or compact state nursing license.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent, full-time Med/Surg Tele RN experience, preferably within one location or combined.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, with active credentials in hand.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Have at least one recent reference from a supervisor or manager within the past 12 months.
• Be willing to work with a rotating day/night schedule and meet holiday work requirements.
