Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Assess, plan, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient responses and document vital signs and clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on procedures, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
