Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and establish personalized therapy goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Comply with facility policies and adhere to legal, safety, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in treating a diverse patient population.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a minimum of one year of professional experience in physical therapy.
• Be able to lift and move patients safely and effectively.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
