Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage critical situations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize treatments based on severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and discharge instructions.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
