Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care through clinical expertise and compassionate practice.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents’ health status and document clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Complete current COVID-19 vaccination or possess a recognized exemption.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to wear a photo ID badge and follow facility safety protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
