Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and demonstrate excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival, ensuring prompt and effective care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed within scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment procedures and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent ER experience, including travel experience acceptable.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; TNCC certification preferred.
• Demonstrate proven ability in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Be willing to work every other holiday, including night shifts.
• Have successful completion of assessment tests with acceptable scores.
