Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires flexibility and adherence to strict clinical standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and conditions.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and emergent situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, licensing, and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medication management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Have at least one referenced experience from a supervisor or manager within the past 12 months.
• Be able to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Compliance with Nicotine-Free Facility requirements, unless exempt for nurses and CSTs.
