Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care and therapy services. The ideal candidate will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient treatment and progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have hands-on experience with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain current CPR and healthcare certifications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
