Job Summary:
Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a clinical setting, evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Ensure patient progress and compliance with treatment plans while adhering to facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance communication skills and safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous experience or clinical training in speech therapy.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
