Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse specializes in psychiatric care, providing direct patient care and support for individuals with mental health conditions. The role involves monitoring patient status, administering medication, and implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in mental status.
• Document patient interactions and clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health management and coping strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Proven experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health settings.
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Ability to manage complex patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
