Job Summary:
Provide exceptional nursing care in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort while managing acute conditions and emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license for GA or a valid Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond rapidly in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts, including 3x12-hour shifts.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
