Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role involves supporting healthcare providers and managing patient needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and document clinical information accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
• Educate patients on health management and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and clinic policies.
• Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS LVN or LPN license required.
• Proven experience in ambulatory or outpatient care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work a schedule from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 6 pm.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
