Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential clinical care in a hospital setting. This role involves float assignments across various units, including subacute rehab, long-term care, and specialized pulmonary units.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver direct patient care based on individual care plans.
• Recognize patient needs, preferences, and routines to deliver personalized care.
• Monitor and respond effectively to patient conditions, including ventilator management and wound care.
• Document patient responses, procedures, and clinical assessments accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including time, attendance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Maryland or Compact LPN license.
• Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in wound care, respiratory management, and dementia care.
• Complete required virtual modules for orientation and ongoing education.
• Exhibit strong organizational and leadership skills to assess and modify patient care plans.
• Be able to recognize and respond to ventilator alarms and complex respiratory needs.
