Job Summary:
Seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home patient care. This role involves supporting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document patients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare team
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Maintain clear communication with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene of the patient environment
• Comply with staffing requirements, including availability every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/license is required
• Demonstrate reliable transportation and punctuality
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination requirements or hold valid exemptions
• Capable of following detailed care instructions and protocols
