Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides supportive therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to aid patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall function. This role involves implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing prescribed physical therapy treatments and exercises.
• Monitor and record patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and activities to support recovery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Document patient treatment details accurately in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
