Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services on a contractual basis. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering appropriate interventions to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their therapeutic needs and set treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient requirements.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including identification and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license.
• Demonstrate experience in therapeutic assessment and treatment planning.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain current CPR and certification requirements.
• Preferably have recent relevant clinical experience.
