Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to manage urgent and complex cases effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing duties according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care, observations, and procedural details thoroughly and accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required prior to start.
• Minimum of 3 years recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications highly preferred.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required.
• Must have own reliable vehicle for commuting.
