Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified EP Lab Tech for a 13-week contract at a busy electrophysiology department. The technician will support complex procedures and operate specialized equipment within a fast-paced cardiac electrophysiology lab.

Responsibilities:

• Operate electrophysiology mapping systems and associated equipment during procedures.
• Assist with ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety standards, and dress codes, including donning provided scrubs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members including nurses, PCTs, and physicians to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (Meditech).
• Support ongoing unit operations and adapt to changing daily priorities.

Qualifications:

• Valid RCIS, RCES, and ARRT certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electrophysiology equipment and procedures.
• Strong team player with flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to work full shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Prior experience in an electrophysiology or cath lab setting preferred.
