Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care as an ER Registered Nurse in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, stability, and comfort through expert assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond quickly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, at least pending with clear ETA.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via AHA.
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Ability to float within hospital departments as needed.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
